I had such a wonderful experience here and cannot recommend this shop enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping—not upselling. They completed a courtesy inspection and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that felt honest and transparent. I really appreciated that they worked with me on pricing and helped prioritize what truly needed to be done now versus what could safely wait, which took so much stress out of the process. What truly went above and beyond was the tire situation. I was very anxious about driving on my current tires for another two days, and even though they didn’t have the tires on site, they made it happen and went to get them the same day so I wouldn’t have to worry. That level of care and customer service is rare. A special thank you to Erin at the front desk—she was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars all the way. Excellent service, excellent people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares.

I was leaving West Palm Beach heading to Pennsylvania when my car overheated and stopped running. The car was towed to All Star to be serviced. This happened on a Friday morning. If they could not get the part would be stuck till Monday. They worked hard to remove the old part and hoped the new part would be available that day. The car was ready by late Friday and ready to go. Wade and his crew were top notch and went overboard to get me back on the highway. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and integrity.

My husband and I both bring our vehicles here. We've been customers about ten years. We won't go anywhere else! About 9 days ago, I discovered the night before some important medical appointments, that my front wheels were thumping, pulling, & feeling unstable. I called them first thing in the morning and Wade told me to bring my van in ASAP. I took it in and waited while they evaluated what needed to be done. It turned out that both front wheels needed replacing and an alignment. They immediately got on the phone and ordered the tires, and the mechanic picked them up. They got my van repaired and back on the road for me by noon that day (in 2 1/2 hours). I'm so grateful for this! I have a heart condition, and I made it to both of my medical appointments an hour away, that same afternoon. This is our family vehicle, so we depend on it alot! Thank you, Wade, and Erin, and to all the great people that work at All Star Auto!

Outstanding services department. Erin went above and beyond to take care of my two vehicles. The mechanic is to notch. He test drove the truck and felt the breaks a little light, he went the extra and bleed the lines just to ensure our safety. Outstanding job everyone, I will be returning.

This place is a scam. My $607 bill for my brakes and rotors to be replaced turned into $971 bill due to 3 lug studs and 4 lug nuts being broken/ damage. While 1 lug stud was in fact old and already broken clearly 2 had been broken while in the shop at Allstar. Yet, they charged me almost $300 which was dropped by ~$150 bc they "took 30 mins to do the repairs rather than an hr". When I arrived to view the damage I was told that the studs broke due to erosion. As you all can see in the photos the brake is clean and shiny, no erosion. Its not old. Its not "easy to break" and these things dont "break all the time" as I was told by Wade, THE OWNER. Nor is it threded and thats why its stuck. Clearly, the mechanic working on my car, Danny, put too much tension on the stud when taking it off and it broke. This place takes advantage of those who dont fully understand car maintenance and try to gas light you into thinking their upcharges are valid and necessary. Scare you into thinking if you wait or dont get the repairs you will damage ur vehicle more. The department of agriculture will be in contact.
